Typical food from Mexico

Mexican cuisine is famous for its variety of spices and the pepper dishes.
Mexican food varies by region, because of local climate and geography and ethnic differences among the indigenous inhabitants and because these different populations were influenced by the Spaniards in varying degrees.

Some of the types dishes found in the Mexico are:

  • Tortilla:

This is a type of unleavened bread, made from maize flour or wheat.

The mexicans eat it with fork and knife.



  • Burrito:
This is a mexican dish consisting of a flour tortilla packed with meat.

They eat it with the hands.


  • Nachos:
Nachos are a popular snack food in Mexico. It's usually tortilla chips covered in melted cheese.
