Aple syrup or maple syrup, known as maple syrup and sirop d'érable in the United States and Canada is a syrup extracted from the sap of trees of the genus Acer, Acer nigrum and especially Acer saccharum, whose name is common board.
The maple syrup is the sap of maple extract or board. The maple syrup is originally from the eastern provinces of Canada, especially New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario, and is considered one of the foundations of Canadian cuisine.
